Gandee & Associates, Inc. is a registered engineering firm in the state of Ohio, specializing in surveys, inspections, project design and monitoring for asbestos, lead, mercury, UST/AST, IAQ, and other environmental issues in public and private facilities.
Gandee & Associates also provides engineering and consulting services associated with facility demolition and decommissioning.
We believe that a successful project is one that: reduces or eliminates exposure from targeted hazardous building materials to future building occupants; protects abatement workers and other building occupants from elevated exposure during abatement work; is completed on time and on budget; is performed without environmental emissions; meets all applicable federal, state, and local regulations; preserves building design (appropriate finishes for occupancy, meets code requirements, maintains or improves energy requirements, etc.); and limits the legal liabilities of all parties involved.

State of Ohio The renovation of the Ohio Statehouse and Senate building required extensive removal of hazardous materials, including asbestos and lead, prior to renovation.
