RF Power Amplifiers
NuWaves' NuPower series solid-state RF amplifiers deliver high-efficiency power solutions for military and aerospace applications. These miniature modules operate across 200 MHz to 6 GHz frequencies with output power up to 125W. Designed for SWaP-constrained environments, they feature GaN technology, over-voltage protection, and temperature monitoring. Bidirectional Amplifiers
NuPower Xtender bidirectional amplifiers provide transmit and receive gain in compact form factors. Operating up to 6 GHz with 25W output power, these modules enable plug-and-play range extension for tactical radio systems. Features include autosense T/R detection, high-efficiency operation, and ruggedized chassis for defense applications including C4ISR systems and unmanned vehicle communications.
