The University of Dayton's 1401 S Main office building is the next installment of the revitalization of the former NCR campus, transforming the once-troubled brownfield into an epicenter for innovation and growth. Joining the neighboring Emerson and GE facilities, the building serves as a hub for three community-building organizations in the heart of Dayton's thriving development centers.

Urban revitalization continues in Webster Station, the resurging "innovation district" east of Downtown Dayton, Ohio. CBC Engineers is a branch office of Koontz Bryant Johnson Williams (KBJW), a privately-owned firm established in 1990. In 2019, CBC joined forces with the Virginia based firm, expanding and complementing services, expertise and regional presence.

KBJW & CBC provide a full range of specialized services in civil engineering, environmental, geotechnical, geo-structural, surveying and landscape architecture throughout the United States and Canada.
