RAND Engineering & Architecture, DPC
RAND Engineering & Architecture, DPC is a 100-person New York City firm that evaluates building systems and designs, specifies, and administers programs for repair, upgrade, and restoration. Since our founding in 1987 we have helped owners, managers, and co-op and condo boards keep their buildings well maintained, operating efficiently, and looking good.

RAND's well-trained staff of licensed engineers and architects have earned their expertise working on all types of projects, from leakage investigations and heating plant upgrades to roof replacements and facade inspections, and everything in between. Please contact us at 212-675-8844 or moc.cpdnar@ofni if you would like additional information or you have questions about how we can help your property.

The hard work and effort from RAND were a major contributing factor to the success we had. I need to tell you how pleasurable it is dealing with each and every member of your staff.
Services
RAND answers commonly asked questions about building repair, maintenance, and upgrades in Habitat Magazine.
So-called cheap and easy fixes only lead to more leaks and expensive repairs down the line.
Replacement materials replicate the style of an original cornice at lower cost and maintenance.
Identifying common symptoms of wall distress early on can prevent a small issue from becoming a costly disaster.
Cracked and stained concrete, loose railings, and "icicles" are signs of balcony deterioration.
RAND has built a staff of skilled and conscientious engineers, architects, and other professionals committed to performing exceptional work.
To continue our growth and provide quality service to our clients, we continually search for talented candidates.
Among the many attractions of working at RAND are a comprehensive benefits package that features a health, dental, and vision plan; a 401(k) retirement plan with company match; an employee stock plan; life insurance; long-term disability; educational opportunities and professional development; transit and parking exemptions; a recreational room; an exercise facility; personal training; on-site yoga; kickboxing; an intramural bowling league; basketball team; book club; and opportunities to volunteer in charitable activities through our RAND Gives Back program.
