Busbin Engineering and Surveying (BES) is a locally owned Civil Engineering and Land Surveying business. BES has been in operation for over 20 years and is very familiar with the various requirements of local communities. In particular the City of Huntsville, Redstone Arsenal, the City of Madison and Madison County. Our goal with each project is to produce superior quality plans with cost effective designs within the project schedule and to build a mutually beneficial relationship with each client.

We strive to help each client achieve his development goals with as much ease as possible. We are pleased to submit this statement of our qualifications for your review and hope that we will have the opportunity to work with you in the future.
Services
Busbin Engineering was founded in 1989 by Carey Busbin and John Daley.
Since its inception they have maintained cost effective and timely civil engineering and surveying services to the North Alabama area.
Busbin Engineering, Inc., was founded in 1989 by it's president, Carey Busbin, who has over twenty five years experience in civil engineering including both project management and civil design.
His experience includes proposal preparation, cost proposal preparation, cost accounting, preparation of business plans, budgets, and project schedules.
Busbin Engineering and Surveying (BES) provides general Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services to North Alabama.
BES has completed hundreds of site design projects in the North Alabama area.
Projects are from convenience stores to shopping centers and hospitals.
Included in these projects are Crestwood Hospital Expansions, Bob Jones High School, American Family Care Facilities, and numerous small project such as convenience stores.
BES has completed numerous projects for the City of Huntsville, including Big Cove Sanitary Sewer, Covemont Drainage Improvements and the Highway 72 West Sanitary Sewer System.
LW Redstone's Gateway will eventually be more than 50 buildings and approximately 4.4 million square feet of office space - more than a million of which will be secure, and all of which officials say is badly needed to support the Army and defense commands and contractors coming here with the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure decision, as well as NASA, FBI and dozens of other federal programs on the growing arsenal.
Redstone Gateway will also include about 124,000 square feet of convenience retail, restaurants, hotels and more to accommodate the development's workers and visitors.
