Jamie has more than 27 years of management and engineering sales experience in the Aerospace and Defense markets. Jamie has spent 19 years as the chief executive officer and owner of three different companies, CLT Enterprises, Avionics Technologies, Inc. (ATI), and ATI Engineering Services (ATI ESD). Currently presiding over ATI Aviation LLC, Jamie brings his years of proven success to consult other companies and individuals.

Among his significant previous positions, Jamie served as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Esterline Control Communications Systems. He managed a staff of 120 full time employees and was responsible for corporate strategy, mergers, acquisitions, divestures, sales, marketing, product management, marketing communications, contracts, and customer service.

Jamie holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ithaca College. Member of the National Business Aircraft Association Premier Technical Committee.

Our staff has a combined 150 plus years of aircraft customizing and systemsintegration experience that ranges from VVIP interiors, to law enforcement, EMS, utility operations, to military applications.
We provide our clients with a turn-key, one stop approach to integration and certification.
Our staff of programs management, designers, drafters is supported by our in-house FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER) and our in-house FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative (both Maintenance and Manufacturing).

ATI Developed a new Night Vision LED lighting, Roller Floor, and missionized Radio System for the C208 Grand Caravan EX.
It may be less obvious that a lone aircraft operating in hostile airspace needs NVIS exterior lighting.
ATI has spent more than a decade engineering and certifying custom light solutions for multiple military platforms.
ATI has provided Night Vision training to members of all major defense suppliers as well as Foreign and Domestic military personnel and organizations.
The ATI Engineering organization is considered an industry leader in the development of custom Night Vision solutions.
