We determine the root cause of the problem, whether it be from incorrect design, improper construction procedures, lack of maintenance, weather damage, or defective materials.
Encompass performs heat and cooling load evaluations and equipment evaluations to address tenant discomfort.
We can determine whether AC condensing units were improperly installed and whether they are performing up to their capabilities and they are generating the proper amount of heat.
