Hazard location precision peristaltic pumps deliver solvent based adhesive onto rubber extrusions.
Booth features downdraft air flow, product guides, dispensing nozzles, wipers to spread the adhesive uniformly over the extrusion profile.
Similar to the booth to the left, this system features downdraft air flow, product guides and dispensing nozzles as well as CO2 fire suppression.
Robotic coating system for applying slip coating to automotive door seals.
This system features a double spray booth arrangement with a common robot.
Spray cooling tank with pumping system, heat exchanger, air operated lids, operator controls on both ends of tank.
Short spray cooling system with multiple zones for cooling and controlling the temperature of the extrusion.
Spray cooling system with pumping system, heat exchanger, vibratory sifter for removing fine particles removed in the cooling process, blowoff and exhaust blower.
Includes IR sensor and PLC control of spray nozzles.
Cooling drum for rubber extrusions allows minimal floor space and significant cooling time.
