Provided cost estimates, technical analysis for hardening /mitigation alternative, QA/QC and cost recovery for FEMA claim. WJ Environmental developed a training program for the proper operation and maintenance of the centrifuges and the belt-presses at the City's 69th St and Almeda Sims wastewater treatment plants. This was a two weeks hands on training with the expectation, that the trained personnel will save the Breach $500,000+ per year in lower maintenance and equipment down time cost.
