The mission of Advanced Design Concepts, Inc. is to assist clients in reaching their maximum potential. By using a robust combination of cutting-edge technology and proven expertise we design and manufacture products that are based on sound engineering principles, intuitive to use, aesthecially pleasing and simple and inexpensive to manufacture. ADC's unique advantage comes through the broad range of expertise and services offered under one roof.

ADC has been solving engineering design challenges since 1993. ADC has been solving engineering design challenges for nearly 30 years helping our clients turn concepts into production. We pride ourselves in the quality work we provide and have achieved a 95% annual customer satisfation rate. By understanding the requirements of our clients and continually striving to meet them, our exertise speaks for itself.

In 1993, ADC was founded as an engineering design firm. Over the last couple of decades, we have been dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer and statutory/regulatory requirements.
Services
2020 - Two new Smart CNC machining centers were installed to expand our tool design services.
2019 - ADC expands by investing in the space next door to build a dedicating plastic injection facility.
2019 - Plastic Injection Molding capabilities expanded with the investment of a new large 350-ton JSW plastic molding machine with a part capacity of 1.8 pounds.
2018 - ADC invests in a brand new Gom scanning system.
The model is the ATOS Triple scan 8M equipped with blue light technology.
The narrowband blue light enables precise measurements to be carried out independently of environmental lighting conditions.
Sound engineering is the key to a successful product design.
With a team of experienced engineers in a wide array of markets, ADC's engineers transform ideas from concept to production, all under one roof.
Whether your needs are for simple CAD updates or for designing an entire product line, we are here to help.
ADC's engineers can take a project from a sketched concept to a manufactured product quickly and effectively or simply assist with one aspect of the product development process.
Below is a point-by-point summary of ADC's services.
ADC remains on the cutting edge of 3D printing technology with our in-house rapid prototyping department.
The Objet Connex350 was the first 3D printer in the world to simultaneously 3D print multiple colors and materials.
It offers a broader range of printing capabilities so you can create parts with the precision, look and feel of real production parts.
Customization: each part can be made uniquely for personalization, customization, or testing design options.
Time: a part can be made in hours, rather than waiting weeks for a prototype tool, drastically reducing time to market.
ADC offers a comprehensive range of manufacturing services to propel your idea into a finished product.
We offer tool design, machining, and molding under one roof.
This ensures the customer, engineer, and machinist are always on the same page-preventing costly mistakes.
Our machinists have 25+ years of combined experience on a wide variety of metalworking projects.
ADC offers high quality products with short lead times, by means of our full-service machine shop (including some of the newest 3-axis CNC milling machines available) and by maintaining great communication between our engineering, scanning, and machining departments providing full scale services.
Since its establishment in 1993, Advanced Design Concepts has been committed to developing the most efficient workflow of product design and manufacturing possible.
With a combination of ADC's dedicated professionals and five in-house molding machines, we are able to rapidly produce parts for production as well as prototype parts.
