Dean has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a considerable amount of higher education related to advanced mechanical engineering principles.
For over 30 years, he has been involved as a designer, engineer, and manager in many phases of off highway equipment development including loaders, dump trucks, and other vehicles.
Dean also has extensive experience in the structural design and testing of frames, bodies, and axle structures.
In Dean's career, he advanced to a project engineer position at Volvo Michigan Euclid (VME) Industries with responsibility for wheel loader engineering, and more recently at Meritor, Inc., as an engineering manager responsible for the design of different types of drive axles and components.
For over 30 years, he has been involved as a designer, engineer, and manager in many phases of off highway equipment development including loaders, dump trucks, and other vehicles.
