Since 1994, Hannigan Engineering, Inc. has provided Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services throughout Massachusetts with an emphasis on quality project management that surpasses our client's expectations. Civil Engineering services are performed under the direction of a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under 250 CMR.
Fundamental to any project of any size is knowledge of the land component for design and construction.
Whether it is property line, topographic, environmental boundary, or construction layout services, Hannigan Engineering, Inc. provides timely and accurate information to be utilized in all aspects of construction.
Land Surveying services are performed under the direction of a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts under 250 CMR.
The Sterling Department of Public Works required a septic system replacement due to the expansion of their current facility.
The project included a new septic tank as well as a pump chamber with a 2-inch force main to a new leaching area consisting of three leaching trenches with a retaining wall and vent pipe.
Hannigan Engineering, Inc. also worked with the client to obtain the necessary approvals relative to the local planning board regulations, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Watershed Protection Act and Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) review.
