Egberts Engineering Limited offers structural engineering services including: feasibility studies, preliminary design, new construction, renovation, retrofit design, review for compliance to Ontario Building Code, damage investigation, demolition review & demolition sequence design, structural review of construction, and legal structural review.

These projects have been as simple as the design of a new storefront, to demolition design and design-build of a new facility.
Some common commercial projects include retail stores (Aldo Shoes, Baby Gap, Banana Republic, Bombay Company, Buffalo Jeans, Gap, Lansing/Rona), fitness facilities (10K Fitness, Wynn Fitness), restaurants (Boston Pizza, Taco Bell), as well as providing engineering advice to base building owner.
