If you are planning a project that requires the input from an engineer, seek their assistance early in the project, your first call should be to your city planning or permitting department to determine the type and scope of permit you will need. If you are using a general contractor, they will usually pull all of the necessary permits, but it is always good for the homeowner to understand building requirements for the location where the building or renovation is taking place.

We offer inspection and certification services for new or existing structures that need repairs or additions, windows, roofs, doors, or siding.
