With 38 years in the construction industry Jim has acquired a certain level of skill and expertise in residential remodel, restoration, and new construction. With a general contractor's license, Janet and Jim expanded to J&J Newton Building in 1987.
JB hung her shingle as JB Newton Engineering in 1996, and with their combined talents, JB a PE and Jim a CAD draftsperson, they began J&J Newton Inc. in 2005 with design, drafting, and engineering services. Jim and Janet have been married 230 years and have had four children and eight grandchildren. While relaxing, Jim and Janet love riding the Harley and tending their garden-and work, of course.
