Founded in 2000, E&LP is a multidisciplinary engineering firm providing professional consulting services in civil, site, environmental, surveying, landscape architecture, and geotechnical fields. E&LP maintains four office locations and serves a wide array of public and private clients throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

E&LP's licensed Professional Engineers (PE), Professional Planners (PP), Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRP), Professional Landscape Architects (PLA), and Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) provide comprehensive engineering and consulting services for a wide range of markets.
Services
E&LP provides multidisciplinary site planning and land development services for various commercial, industrial, residential, and agricultural clients.
Our design professionals are specialized in all aspects of site development engineering and regulatory permitting ranging from the redevelopment of small commercial properties and minor residential subdivisions to extensive single/multifamily residential developments and retail/office centers.
Our staff is well-versed in navigating through the complex regulatory requirements on the municipal, county, and state levels, which expedites the design and approval process to maintain our client's development schedule.
At E&LP, we define Green Infrastructure as sustainable and resilient stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) that use or mimic the natural hydrologic cycle.
Our integrated team of engineers, landscape architects, and planners deploy these BMPs strategically on the projects we work on to capture, filter, infiltrate, and reuse stormwater.
Simultaneously, we look for opportunities to combine these systems with public programs and amenities like sports fields, trail systems, play areas, dog parks, and streetscapes.
Engineering & Land Planning (E&LP) professionals provide long-term leading edge remedial investigations that generate cost-effective site remediation.
We work closely with project stakeholders to develop efficient site closures and gain regulatory compliance, promoting a cost-conscious approach to site remediation.
E&LP possesses a wide range of expertise in Brownfields, Superfund sites, RCRA, and Tank Farms.
Since the inception of the program, E&LP has closed out the environmental regulatory compliance of numerous sites by issuing Response Action Outcome (RAO).
E&LP is experienced in all types of surveying and mapping for both public and private clients.
Through the use of GPS surveying equipment, we are able to offer the highest accuracy in referenced datums to provide a superior work product to meet any level of accuracy requirements.
Our licensed land surveyors have over 100 years of combined experience in boundary and title resolution as well as many other aspects of surveying to meet our clients' needs.
E&LP can provide timely boundary surveys for real estate closings as well as more detailed boundary work to resolve property line disputes or for use in engineering plans.
Engineering & Land Planning's landscape architects work closely with owners, clients, and other design professionals to develop detailed plans from concept through construction that are imaginative and create a sense of place.
Our landscape architecture professionals work across a variety of visual and digital mediums to convey their design intent and communicate effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, and the general public.
Working in an office with other design professionals (civil, environmental, and planning) allows our Landscape Architects to fully integrate ideas based in nature, ecology, conservation, and public place making at the conceptual level into all of E&LP's projects.
