Most recently, Javier Acosta was Engineering Division Manager and Floodplain Administrator for the City of El Paso. He previously served as Hydrologic and Hydraulic Engineer for the City. Prior to working with the City, at Conde Inc., Javier performed traffic impact studies and designed and supervised subdivisions and roadways. At Parkhill Smith & Cooper, he designed subdivisions from start to finish and performed site design for various types of facilities including schools, hotels, and other commercial sites.
Javier has worked with a wide variety of clients including the Texas Department of Transportation, the County of El Paso, the City of El Paso, the Lower Valley Water District, the El Paso County Water Improvement District, and other governmental agencies.

We created a Drone Team to take on research and development head on, and several months later, we are extremely excited to wrap up the year with a few proof of concepts for our clients to enjoy.
