Services
We aren't just another design firm.
We are the link between space and opportunity - physical space and economic opportunity.
We have the experience needed to fulfill the easiest and the most complex land development needs.
Our primary goal is to provide the best possible layout, configuration and use of proposed land for the planned development.
We work closely with municipalities and developers, and have a demonstrated understanding of the development process, from both sides of the coin.
We know how important speed-to-market is and how to swiftly navigate through the permitting process.
Since its inception in 1978, KSA has specialized in providing water and wastewater systems design for small to medium-sized municipalities and water districts.
Although we have historically focused on municipalities with populations between 100,000 to 10,000, we are capable of providing solutions for any size community.
Our market focus starts with our engineering design philosophy-a philosophy that has evolved over the years based on the unique needs of our clients.
We have found that towns and cities in the range of 10,000 to 100,000 in population are most interested in cost-effective solutions that are both reliable and easy to maintain.
As a firm, KSA's primary work portfolio includes non-hub commercial service and general airports in the Southwest Region.
Our planning group has provided services for airports such as Corpus Christi International, McAllen International, Tyler Pounds Regional, Victoria Regional, Clovis Municipal, Chennault International, Austin Bergstrom International, Del Rio International, Jack Brooks Regional, and Santa Fe Municipal Airports.
All of these airports are Part 139 Commercial Service airports requiring a level of service that is attentive, demanding, and critical to keeping flying passengers safe.
KSA is on a mission to provide the highest level of professional training and development for each and every person on the KSA team.
Why?
Because we feel that the more training and education we have, the more likely we are to be on the cutting edge of professional civil engineering, architecture and planning services.
When we build people, those people will build the best possible future for our client communities, airports and industries.
Municipal work is the foundation of KSA.
When wastewater treatment (as we know it today) was in its infancy, KSA was instrumental in helping Texas cities improve the way their wastewater was processed.
We encouraged communities to take advantage of governmental funding made available through the Clean Water Act, and helped to purify the water in our lakes and streams.
Because of the success generated from our early wastewater work, we expanded naturally into other municipal service offerings.
Today, KSA is an industry leader providing a broad range of consulting, management, engineering, architecture, planning, surveying and construction services for hundreds of cities, counties and water districts around the country.
