JE Fuller Hydrology & Geomorphology
JE Fuller specializes in arid and semi-arid land hydrology and hydraulics and has experience applying both types of models throughout the Southwest. JE Fuller offers comprehensive planning services to our clients that emphasize a coordinated, watershed-wide approach to flood hazard identification and mitigation. JE Fuller leverages our vast experience and expertise in flood risk identification and mitigation to provide engineering design products at all phases of a project's development.

JE Fuller has industry experts in Flood Warning, ALERT System, Data Collection and Surveillance. Our experts specialize in the collection, dissemination and analyses of real-time hydro-meteorological data and observations. JE Fuller experts in Dam Safety strive to maximize protection of human life and property against dam failure. In order to meet this purpose it is necessary to inspect, evaluate, repair, design, and monitor new and existing structures.

JE Fuller is an industry leader in applying the science of geomorphology to solve real-world engineering problems and to manage natural hazards in the arid west.
Services
JE Fuller was founded in 1995 by Jon Fuller, an accomplished engineer and geomorphologist.
Jon created an approach to working life that met his own standards for how people should be treated.
Over the years, he found people of like mind and intent and acted to share his vision and his company.
In 2013, Jon sold the company to the employees to create what is now an employee owned, client driven company that offers a wide range of hydrologic and geomorphic professional services in a personal manner.
Our professional staff includes registered professional civil engineers, professional geologists, certified floodplain managers, and geographic information system professionals.
We have offices in Tempe (our corporate office), Tucson, Flagstaff and Prescott, Arizona and Silver City, New Mexico.
Our staffing and horizontal management structure allows us to provide direct and responsive project oversight by registered professionals.
Our project managers can act directly on the client's behalf on most matters.
JE Fuller specializes in arid and semi-arid land hydrology and has experience of the firm in applying hydrologic models throughout the southwest.
The JE Fuller staff are highly proficient in applying various one- and two-dimensional routing models and are highly competent in the various hydrologic methodologies.
JE Fuller is also very experienced in various hydraulic assessments, including floodplain delineation studies, design support and analysis, hydraulic structure evaluations, and dam failure inundation studies.
JEF offers comprehensive planning services to our clients that emphasize a coordinated, watershed-wide approach to flood hazard identification and mitigation.
JEF provides technical analyses to define and quantify existing and future flood hazards in a watershed through the application of advanced hydrologic and hydraulic methodologies.
From these analyses, JEF collaboratively develops strategies to mitigate flood hazards through solutions that are compatible with our client's constraints.
JEF provides flood hazard mitigation plans and facilitates implementation of flood control projects that reduce flooding hazards.
JE Fuller leverages our vast experience and expertise in flood risk identification and mitigation to provide engineering design products at all phases of a project's development.
Large and small erosion and flood risk mitigation systems are our specialty.
A typical design process begins with a client presenting an area of concern or problem for which they would like to have a solution, with a scope that may range from very localized to regional.
After researching the problem, an analysis using state of the technology hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and field investigations is performed to better identify the risk and focus the appropriate formulation of a mitigation strategy.
