Starting as an Orlando-based land planning and engineering firm producing projects for both private and public sector clients, the firm has responsibly but quickly grown to over 60 staff. Our broad project expertise includes stormwater and utility master planning, infrastructure design, planning and design of master planned residential and resort style developments, healthcare and commercial/office developments, roadway design and traffic engineering, parks and amenities, and power supply infrastructure.

In addition to providing civil engineering services, Poulos & Bennett has extensive experience permitting through local, state, and federal agencies; we have developed a significant construction phase engineering division; a skilled Due Diligence analysis and engineering assistance service; and a Government Relations support function.

His experience includes due diligence analyses, master stormwater plans, master utility plans, representation at public hearings, and the design and preparation of site civil engineering construction plans for greenfield, urban infill, and redevelopment sites for residential and commercial projects. He has extensive knowledge of federal, state, regional, and local stormwater and land development regulations.

He has managed and coordinated multi-disciplined, multiple design team efforts for all facets of project scope, from planning and Due Diligence to engineering/design and construction administration, for both private and public sector clients.
