Bridgewater has an extremely high water table.
With the addition of our bioretention basin, our visible landscape is clean and presentable to the public.

Since 1989, we have worked with academic clients, developers, corporate and institutional owners, public agencies, architects, and other design professionals on major private development and public infrastructure projects in 21 states and five countries.
Her retirement was the culmination of an ownership and leadership transition plan that Judy started in 1993, with the goal of providing other Nitsch Engineering team members with opportunities to grow and lead.
Judy began her career in 1975 as a project engineer at Schofield Brothers, where she was quickly promoted to a branch office manager for Freeman Engineering Company (a Division of Schofield Brothers).
In 1982, Judy joined Allen & Demurjian, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager; she joined their Board of Directors and became a shareholder in 1983, and the company was renamed Allen, Demurjian, Major & Nitsch, Inc. in 1986.
The best part of my job is getting to work with an amazing group of people every day who continually inspire me, being able to help them develop, and providing opportunities for them to continue their professional growth.
I am proud to be able to continue Nitsch Engineering's legacy of providing ownership to key employees.
Lisa was first introduced to the idea of a career in engineering by her high school business teacher.
While she was not yet familiar with what a profession in the engineering industry entailed, Lisa chose to apply to the University of Massachusetts Lowell's College of Engineering.
As a highly self-motivated individual, Deirdra has always been drawn to a work environment with other highly self-motivated people.
She ultimately pursued a career in consulting for this reason, and now has more than 30 years of experience providing corporate leadership and business finance expertise within the A/E/C industry.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Deirdra has a demonstrated record of success in providing financial and operational analyses, modeling, and reporting; strategic mergers and acquisition; strategic planning and implementation; performance-based budgeting; and information technology strategy.
