Starting in the fall of 2004 Joe Gulino visited Laramie several times while his children were students at the University of Wyoming.

During these visits he and his wife came to realize that Wyoming was the place they wanted to live. Moving to Laramie in 2008 Joe realized his skills and experience could be very useful throughout the state and region. JAG Engineering, LLC became a reality in March of 2013. Joe has a Bachelors of Science from Pratt Institute and Masters of Science from Santa Clara University, both in Mechanical Engineering.

Joe holds professional engineering licenses from WY, CO, CA, & MI.

The columns and beams were sized and connections designed.
Weight of silos and sand are 70,000 lbs.
Assessment of existing structures requires a different method than used in new construction.
