Carl Barraco Sr. founded Barraco and Associates in 1998 after earning civil engineering degrees from USF. With 35 years of Southwest Florida experience, he oversees major infrastructure projects and community developments. A licensed PE since 1987, he has worked on notable projects including Daniels Parkway and Colonial Country Club.

Vice-President/Professional Engineer
Carl Barraco Jr. brings 15 years of development industry experience to his role as Vice President. A licensed PE and Certified General Contractor, he manages day-to-day operations and client relations. He holds dual master's degrees from the University of Florida and oversees project execution for both public and private sector clients.
Wesley Kayne

Wesley Kayne leads engineering operations with over 15 years at Barraco. A FGCU graduate, he manages commercial and municipal projects while serving as State Director for the Florida Engineering Society.
