Services
Northern Survey Engineering, LLC (NORSE) was founded in 2017 with one goal in mind: To provide an unparalleled level of service to our clients through communication, education, and application.
We achieve superior results on each and every one of our projects by following those simple principles; emphasizing communication to better understand our clients goals, educating our clients on the survey solutions available so they can make informed decisions, and applying our expertise in the latest developments in survey technology to deliver a product that surpasses all expectations.
One of the primary roles of a Surveyor is to determine the boundaries of real property on the ground.
The boundary has already been established and described in legal documents (deeds), possibly shown on prior survey plans or maps, and is likely recorded in your local registry.
The corners of the property will either have been marked by a prior surveyor, property owner, or there may be no markers at all.
To determine the boundaries, a diligent Surveyor will research the records back to when the property was first created by deed, which may be as far back as 100 years or more.
The right candidate will be an energetic, communicative and strategic manager with a passion for cultivating junior staff and enriching the products the company provides.
Are you a self-motivated, constant learner, who strives to improve each day and elevate those around them? Join our team and let's grow together.
Survey Technicians assist senior staff members with a multitude of tasks, including field data collection, data processing & adjustments, records research & plan preparation.
This is a primarily field position, which means working outdoors in the elements on varying terrain and on construction sites for 40-50 hours per week.
