AME was established in 1980 to meet an ever-expanding need for expertise in management and engineering consulting services associated with facility resources in both the public and private sectors.
Our first project was to develop maintenance standards for the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
We expanded our services to include facility condition assessments, and assisted the University of Virginia in the development of their approach in our early years.
