She is a licensed civil engineer and has over 25 years of civil engineering experience related to land development and roadway projects. She is involved in all aspects of the engineering process from design and permitting through construction. Dave Ford is Chief Executive Officer, with over 40 years experience at Hillsborough County and in the private sector, including positions of Building Official, Director of Building Services and Director of Development Services.
