Stealth is an 11 meter tall, 30,000 kilogram reinforced concrete sculpture, in Atlanta, GA, and Nimbus is a 12 meter diameter cantilevered steel structure, located in Minneapolis, MN. Both were designed by artist Tristan Al-Haddad of Formations Studio.
Described as a "Once in a lifetime site along the banks of the Chicago River" by developer Belgravia's CEO Alan Lev, Renelle on the River located along Wabash Avenue in Chicago Illinois is an 18 story condominium constructed on top of an existing 4 story garage, that remained in-service throughout construction.
