Our team is made up of 20 staff members in Klamath Falls including five licensed Professional Engineers and one licensed Professional Land Surveyor.
Jon is a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Water Rights Examiner in Oregon.
He graduated from Oregon Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1998 and shortly after joined Adkins as a Junior Engineer.
In 2012 Jon became a partner in the firm serving as the General Manager and is a versatile member of the Adkins team.

Adkins was the engineer for the C-Flume Replacement project, which included the demolition of approximately 4,400 linear feet of a crumbling above-grade concrete irrigation flume, and the design of a new buried and elevated pipe with associated irrigation system improvements.
The City of Central Point selected Adkins as the lead design firm to complete the East Pine Street Streetscape Project, which included two signalized intersections, an enhanced pedestrian activated RRFB crossing, and ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, and over 6 downtown blocks of new sidewalk.
