Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. (TEA) is dedicated to delivering superior cost-effective Engineering and Information Technology (IT) services based on the application of established methods and innovative new science and technology.

Since 1998, TEA has developed a reputation for providing high quality services to our customers at the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), Program Executive Office Ships and Integrated Warfare Systems, Naval Surface Warfare Centers, and Naval Information Warfare Centers (NIWC).

Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. (TEA) was incorporated in the state of California in 1998 with the goal of providing superior system engineering services in the areas of military tactical communications to defense based customers.
TEA initially provided technical support to SSC Pacific (now NIWC Pacific) with a staff of four engineers.
TEA has expanded from its initial single office to two primary locations.
The sustained success of TEA can be attributed to the underlying company culture and dedication toward providing superior engineering services to the customer.
The Tactical Engineering & Analysis, Inc. (TEA) Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) provides employees with an ownership interest in the company based upon a number of factors defined in the Summary Plan Description (SPD).
The purpose of the ESOP is to reward eligible employees for productive and loyal service by providing them with retirement benefits that are based on the value of the Company Stock.
