Founded in Olathe in 1946, Payne & Brockway, P.A., is one of the oldest Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firms in Johnson County. PAYNE & BROCKWAY was established by Carman Payne and Stan Brockway in 1946.
We are one of the oldest firms in Johnson County that offers Civil Engineering, Land Planning and Land Surveying.
Mark has over 40 years of varied experience encompassing the design of construction projects for streets, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water lines, and street lights for both private developments and public capital improvement projects.
Mark has been a partner since 1996 and became President of Payne & Brockway in 2010.
Our Surveyors are most often the first professional consulted when new project or sites are proposed, construction or sold.

A drawing may be required showing the proposed building location.
